We have welcomed two teams from Wollongong City Council to iAccelerate to undertake our Acceleration program and work on innovative ideas for the region

Wollongong City Council is embracing its ‘City of Innovation’ tag by incubating three key projects:

Dynamic customer experience. With over 60,000 customer requests annually, the customer experience project will focus on developing an approach to ensure the customer experience is a positive one by utilising predictive data to inform customers of relevant information specific to them as individuals and as part of our community as a whole.
Waste diversion strategies to manage the 6 million bins we collect annually including exploring strategies to convert waste from landfill into waste as a resource commodity.
Predictive Flash Flood Monitoring – alternative solutions to predictive flash flood monitoring across the local government area.
