Through their platform, operators can track their fleet, manage assets, improve safety, meet regulatory requirements and get more value from their operational data. V-DAQ also connects with other fleet and business systems through integrations and APIs, giving customers the flexibility to build a technology stack that works for their operation.

About

V-DAQ was founded in Wollongong in 2017 with a focus on making complex technology simpler and more useful for the people who rely on it.

That thinking led V-DAQ into heavy vehicle telematics in 2020, where the team saw an opportunity to make regulatory technology easier for transport operators to use and manage.

A lot has changed since then.

What started with regulatory telematics has grown into a much broader fleet technology platform. Today, V-DAQ helps operators connect their vehicles, assets, cameras, mass and operational data, giving them a clearer picture of what’s happening across their fleet.

Its technology now covers fleet and asset tracking, video and safety, regulatory telematics, on-board mass, reporting and fleet intelligence. Through integrations and the V-DAQ API, customers can also connect their fleet data with the other technology and systems they already use.

But the thinking behind V-DAQ hasn’t changed: fleet technology should make life easier for operators, giving them better visibility and the information they need to make better decisions.
