MyLot has been co-designed with local government to reduce the volume of low-quality applications and requests for further information through early access to planning information at the idea stage through conversational AI. This front-loading approach to planning information empowers users, improves the relationship between applicant and Council and reduces the holding costs of development leading to productivity gains.
