Young children enjoy creatively exploring and expressing ideas with their hands. Pastry Play is a pastry food product that explores the sensory needs of children, developing fine motor skills and widening imagination.

Many older adults experience diminished gait performance, limiting their independence. Wearable devices that provide biofeedback on walking mechanics can improve these metrics. While there is limited technology available that uses real-time data outside laboratories, our prototypes provide customized biofeedback based on the customer’s metrics in outdoor environments.

Ready-Set-Study is an app for prospective students to assess six dimensions of ‘readiness’ for university. The app will direct students to resources and tools available at their university and is a one stop shop that can be customised to the university context.

Ecological security is a vital, undervalued and under investigated objective of international ocean governance. Consequently, the proposed research addresses a significant gap in traditional ocean governance and maritime security scholarship. This project seeks to investigate a sustainable system of training, professionals and governance under Australia’s Sustainable Ocean Plan due in 2025.

We strive to promote local sustainability by transforming waste into resources, ensuring a cleaner, greener future for our community.

For researchers who work in the scientific industry, the pipette tip recycling service will provide a sustainable method of minimising plastic waste in laboratories. Unlike incineration or autoclaving waste to go to landfill, our service bypasses these issues and provides reusable resources, particularly pipette tips, in scientific research.

Welly is a wellbeing app that utilises AI to generate practical, evidence-base well-being tools based upon the users daily, fluctuating stress levels, sleep habits, emotions and more. Unlike other wellbeing apps our product responds to and adjusts with the users daily needs, offering mindfulness, breath-work, and exercise protocols tailored towards the individual’s own mental health.
