Shaurya Kansal is a Student Ambassador at iAccelerate, UOW's startup incubator. His diverse upbringing across India, New Zealand, and Australia, along with his passion for technology and leadership, have shaped his unique journey at iAccelerate.

Shaurya's drive to foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem for his peers led him to iAccelerate. Here, he found a supportive environment that nurtured his entrepreneurial spirit and provided invaluable insights into the startup ecosystem. Shaurya's academic focus on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, particularly in healthcare, aligns perfectly with iAccelerate's focus on innovation and impact. 

Experiences and Achievements 

At iAccelerate, Shaurya has had the opportunity to help his peers learn about the UOW300 subject and come up with leadership seminars and experiences with iAccelerate founders. These initiatives aim to inspire students and foster a love for the exponential growth associated with businesses. 

Future Ambitions 

Shaurya's experiences at iAccelerate have solidified his ambition to become a serial entrepreneur. As the first UOW international student to receive the Vice-Chancellor's Leadership Scholarship, he is determined to leverage the mentorship, expertise, and platform provided by iAccelerate to launch his first company. Shaurya's vision extends beyond personal success; he is committed to creating employment opportunities and contributing to social entrepreneurship, ultimately making a positive impact on the world.
