It takes a special and committed group of people to create an environment and program like iAccelerate.
Our people are passionate professionals who believe deeply in the potential of our programs and residents to drive a revolution in innovation and technology – in our region, the nation and beyond.
They’re a fundamental part of our community, living and breathing our vision to create sustainable positive change.
Dr Tamantha Stutchbury
As Director, Tam leads the team and continues to provide the environment, skills, and support for our participants to thrive. Tam is working on building our outstanding reputation and delivering opportunities for local companies, UOW students and researchers to contribute to the innovation ecosystem. Tam is an expert in bringing diverse groups of people together (from university, community, government, and industry) to facilitate transformative projects with real impact.
Dr Paul Di Pietro

As Program and Community Manager John is responsible for the relationship management and execution of our companies journey here at iAccelerate. John supports our residents by focussing on creating the best possible environment in which early-stage companies can grow and succeed, particularly through business coaching and business plan oversight.
Denny joins us from the Careers & Employability team, where she has worked for the past four years helping students with their career decisions and delivering careers learning into the curriculum. Denny has passion for all things entrepreneurship and is a small business owner coaching mums who are changing careers. Denny continues researching and writing a book about the experiences of career changing mums, many of whom go on to set up businesses.
As the Engagement and Support Officer, Sam is the first point of contact for UOW students at iAccelerate. Sam engages with current and future students who are interested in entrepreneurship by marketing and networking with relevant stakeholders across multiple platforms. This can include events, speaking with students and arranging tours of our building.
