The iAccelerate community is excited to introduce our March 2026 Activate cohort. This group of founders is building innovative solutions across agriculture, health, AI, sustainability, and community impact, and we look forward to supporting them as they refine and grow their ventures. 

Adrian Buck (Meaningability) (UOW HDR) 
For students and early-career professionals navigating uncertainty, Meaningability is a storytelling platform that captures and shares real experiences of work and learning. By curating reflective, peer-driven stories, it helps individuals build confidence, make sense of their journeys, and find direction through shared experiences. 

Alana Garton (Care Scout) 
For families navigating complex health systems, Care Scout is a digital referral and matching platform connecting children and adolescents with appropriate mental health and developmental service providers. It prioritises clinical fit to reduce delays and improve outcomes. 

Ana Ivkosic (Parcl) 
For property buyers and sellers, Parcl is a transparent marketplace that removes intermediaries and streamlines transactions. By enabling direct connections and providing anonymised market insights, it improves efficiency and pricing clarity. 

Athul Joseliju & Shankar Gowri (Scycle Dynamics) 
For small and medium businesses, Scycle Dynamics delivers AI-powered solutions built on existing enterprise systems. It enhances automation and operational efficiency without requiring major infrastructure changes. 

Bill Nguyen & Gabriel O’Hara (Itineco) 
Itineco addresses the "fragmentation" problem in group travel, where users must currently juggle multiple apps like WhatsApp for chat, Splitwise for expenses, and Google Sheets for itineraries. 

Chalchisa Abdeta (DrCharli Hub) 
For children, families, and educators, DrCharli Hub is a science-based platform promoting healthy 24-hour movement behaviours. It translates research into practical, accessible guidance to support physical activity, sleep, and balanced digital engagement. 

Dylan Thompson (Snapt) 
For jobseekers and employers, Snapt is an AI-driven recruitment platform focused on speed, transparency, and candidate experience. It streamlines hiring while improving fairness and data security. 

Emily Yap (Ripple) 
For researchers and planners, Ripple is a real-time environmental visualisation platform that integrates GIS data with physical models. It enables interactive exploration of complex systems such as climate, ecosystems, and cultural landscapes. 

Jack Morgan & Harold Newman (Loopli) 
For small trade businesses, Loopli is an automated backend platform that centralises job management, finances, and customer data. It reduces administrative burden and helps operators stay organised and efficient.

For the Australian maritime and shipping sector, Fearnleys is establishing a local presence of the international ship brokerage, connecting global shipping markets with Australian opportunities. By leveraging an established international network, the venture aims to bring overseas expertise, innovation, and market access to the local industry.

For high school students applying to university, Future Student is a personalised platform that simplifies applications and supports decision-making. It focuses on the student journey rather than institutional complexity.

For developers of specialised technical products, Bored Owl is a modular computing platform designed for small-volume, high-value environments. It enables scalable performance and robust integration, supporting projects from prototyping through to deployment. 

Roseline Mary Rozario (AlignHx AI) 
For health-tech organisations using AI, AlignHx AI provides model-level alignment technology that ensures generated summaries are grounded in clinical evidence. It enhances reliability and safety without adding workflow complexity. 

Sarim Khan (NEXUSA AI Solutions)

For agricultural producers, the Smart Agricultural Inventory Management System is an AI-driven platform that streamlines sorting, classification, packaging, and storage. With real-time monitoring and modular design, it increases efficiency and significantly reduces labour costs for farms of all sizes.
