iAccelerate leading Australia for supporting Female Entrepreneurship

iAccelerate is proud to be named as the only Australian finalist in the 2025 Global Triple E Awards in the category of Female Entrepreneurship, celebrating its leadership in building an inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The prestigious Triple E Awards, hosted by the Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities (ACEEU), honour institutions that demonstrate excellence in entrepreneurship and engagement. iAccelerate’s nomination highlights its pioneering work in diversity, inclusion, and support for underrepresented groups in business.

“Being recognised on the global stage for our commitment to female entrepreneurship is a proud moment for our community,” said Dr. Tamantha Stutchbury, Director of iAccelerate. “We are dedicated to creating pathways for women to thrive in innovation and business, and this nomination affirms the impact of our work.”

Since 2018, iAccelerate has maintained a gender balance of 48% across its startup community, with 52% of startups in 2024 founded by teams including at least one woman. This achievement is the result of active recruitment and tailored programs designed to empower women and foster equity.

iAccelerate’s nomination for the Triple E Awards reflects our unwavering commitment to equity, innovation, and community impact. Over the past year continuing our commitment to underrepresented groups, we have delivered specialist programs to support female, regional, first nations and social enterprise founders.

This recognition follows iAccelerate being award runner up by the Triple E awards in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Activators category, and we were also recognised with a People’s Choice nomination, reflecting the strong support from our community and peers.

iAccelerate is one of three Australian Finalists across 10 categories and winners of the 2025 Triple E Awards will be announced later this year.

To all the women who have been part of our journey—thank you. This is your achievement too.
