Aegis launch 'Safe Strata'

After successfully receiving an MVP grant iAccelerate resident company Aegis have launched a new application Safe Strata to assist occupants, strata managers and trades people.

Aegis specialises in asset management of property and civil infrastructure, as well as civil and structural engineering, remediation and maintenance. With more than ten years’ experience in providing engineering and consulting services to the strata sector, Aegis have consistently heard common issues experienced by occupants, strata managers and trades people. To solve this problem Aegis have developed a new application, Safe Strata.

Safe Strata can be used by anyone living in strata titled buildings such as a unit or townhouse, regardless of the managing agent or strata manager, to raise maintenance and safety issues around the building. Safe Strata also allows the Owners Corporation to undertake their own annual Health and Safety compliance audit and sends a report directly to the strata manager for action and record.

Ageis successfully received a Jobs for NSW Minimum Viable Product (MVP) grant for Safe Strata. The MVP grant is a matched funding grant designed to support promising startups with the funds needed to progress from a proof-of-concept stage to a minimum viable product. The grants are aimed at startups that are yet to generate revenue to help them engage with a potential business customer, or channel to market, and create innovative solutions that address compelling industry needs or market gaps.
