Dr Tamantha Stutchbury is the Director of iAccelerate, leading the team and creating an environment where participants can thrive. With her expertise in building reputation and fostering collaboration, Tam drives opportunities for local companies, UOW students, and researchers to contribute to the innovation ecosystem. Tam excels in bringing together diverse groups from various sectors to facilitate transformative projects with real impact.

Executive Assistant
Maree Glancy is the dedicated Executive Assistant to Dr Paul Di Pietro at iAccelerate. With her exceptional administrative skills, Maree offers comprehensive support to our leaders and staff, ensuring smooth operations within the Research and Innovation portfolio. Her expertise and efficiency contribute to the success of iAccelerate's initiatives, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
John Kerr
Program and Community Manager
John Kerr plays a vital role as the Program and Community Manager at iAccelerate. With expertise in relationship management, he ensures the success of our resident companies' journey within our ecosystem. John's focus is on cultivating an optimal environment where early-stage businesses thrive. He provides valuable support through business coaching and oversight, empowering entrepreneurs to grow and succeed with effective business plans.
Rebecca Duldig
Business Development Manager
After graduating from UOW in Medical Biotechnology, Rebecca experienced iAccelerate as founder of the social enterprise startup Medi Movement. She then carried her entrepreneurial mindset through a career in sales, business development and recruitment in medical technologies. Rebecca has returned to iAccelerate as Business Development and Initiatives Manager, bringing her passion for entrepreneurship full-circle, and utilising her commercial experience to support our community of startups.
Ainslie Tweedie
Regional Entrepreneurship Manager
Ainslie Tweedie plays a vital role as the Regional Entrepreneurship Manager at iAccelerate. Leveraging her expertise in relationship and project management, Ainslie's dedication ensures effective collaboration across our network to support regional entrepreneurs.
David Malins
Education and Learning Coordinator
David Malins, our Education and Learning Coordinator at iAccelerate, brings extensive expertise as an E-Learning consultant. With a background in implementing and supporting learning management systems, David has made a significant impact in educational institutions across Australia and the UK. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education.
Kate Garratt
Project Coordinator
Kate is the Project Coordinator for the TIES Grant (Technology, Innovation, Entrepreneurial Skills). The goal of the TIES project is for UOW students to have more entrepreneurial experiences and expose students to an entrepreneurial mindset that can ultimately improve employability. Kate is working on a pathway for students to gain experience working with iAccelerate residents and for residents to benefit from the wide range of skills students can offer.
Georgia Watson
LIFT Project Coordinator
Georgia is an Antarctic ecologist, science communicator and participant in the women in STEM leadership program ‘Homeward Bound’. As the LIFT Project Coordinator for UOW, Georgia supports a $1M Women in STEM and Entrepreneurship grant. There are two pillars of this project most relevant to the iAccelerate community:
IGNITE – scholarships for women to join the Activate program
FLOURISH – internships for women in STEM doing their PhD to have a 3-6 month industry experience with local companies

Pooja Vasudev
iA Student Ambassador
Pooja is currently pursuing her Master’s in Engineering (Management) and is set to graduate in July 2025. Pooja is passionate about entrepreneurship and loves turning big ideas into real impact, collaborating with people who think outside the box. On weekends, you’ll find her planning her next travel adventure, discovering new food spots with friends, or convincing everyone that spreadsheets can actually be fun.
Nuwangi Cooray
iA Student Ambassador
Nuwangi is a third year PhD student in Materials Science due to graduate in 2026. Nuwangi loves working with people and is passionate about science and inspiring others to think creatively. She is driven by a desire to share her story and inspire others to become problem-solvers, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Nuwangi is a poet and wildlife photographer, and she loves playing badminton and hiking with friends on weekends.
Wendy Luong
iA Student Ambassador
Wendy is currently studying a double major in Business Analytics and Finance at the University of Wollongong and is due to graduate in 2026. She is passionate about entrepreneurship because she enjoys solving real-world problems through data-driven strategies and innovative thinking. Outside of uni, Wendy loves spending time in nature and finds joy in baking sweet treats during her spare time.
Chaitanya Ambike
iA Student Ambassador
Chaitanya is a Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Scholar studying the Bachelor of Mathematics Advanced at the University of Wollongong. With a deep curiosity for problem-solving and innovation he has participated in various international research projects, co-built apps to support children suffering from Autism. He is passionate about bridging the gap between technical students and entrepreneurship. Chaitanya is always excited to connect with students who want to explore entrepreneurship.
Hannah Nguyen
iA Student Ambassador
As the founder and former president of a mental health and wellbeing club called ‘It’s Gonna Be Alright’ on campus and a Student Ambassador for iAccelerate, Hannah embraces every challenge with mindfulness and gratitude, knowing that everything happens for a reason. Hannah likes to travel during her spare time, she thinks it’s the best way to expand knowledge and to grow while making new friends and memories.
Audrey Angel
iA Student Ambassador
Audrey is a second-year student at the University of Wollongong, studying a Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation and a Bachelor of International Studies. She is a Ramsay Scholar majoring in International History and International Relations. Audrey is passionate about sparking meaningful conversations and is interested in working with governments and social enterprise NGOs to drive social change and address pressing global issues. She’s deeply curious about the world and loves to travel.
