Davidson Trahaire Corpsych (DTC) have just announced a new partnership with iAccelerate Advanced company Win Win Parenting

DTC provides services to more than 2,000 organisations across the private, public and not for profit sectors. With customers ranging in size from less than a dozen employees in one location to more than 100,000 employees located across several countries.

The partnership with Win Win Parenting and DTC will officially launch in early April. This is a massive achievement for the iAccelerate residents securing their largest partnership to date and the first at this scale.

In a statement DTC said “an increasing number of parents participate in the workforce and are juggling the demands of managing a career and family simultaneously. Not managing parenting effectively at home results in costly spill-over effects in the workplace, including having a negative impact on employee health, morale, absenteeism and productivity.”

This particular program is focused on children 18 months to 18 years and key features include:

  • Evidence-based educational programs that can be put into practice as part of everyday life
  • A range of different delivery formats that cater to the needs of organisations and busy working parents
  • Ongoing support to optimise outcomes for all participants over the long-term
  • Practical solutions for parents with children aged from 18 months to 18 years

Win Win Parenting is led by Dr Rosina McAlpine who is an internationally recognised and award-winning educator with more than 25 years experience. Rosina has developed a range of fun, practical and evidence-based programs that are based on the latest research in child development and parenting.
