Planet Footprint develops alert system for critical incidents in energy, water and solar consumption
Planet Footprint clients will now receive email and SMS alerts within 60 seconds of a critical incident occurring with their energy, water and solar meters.
This is a giant leap forward in reducing the risk of increased costs when incidents arise, such as a consumption spike with a water leak. The meter, date, time and nature of the problem are supplied, empowering our clients to quickly source and resolve the incident.
The alerts are fully customisable; the threshold to measure against and who receives the notifications. All alerts and incidents are recorded and managed on Planet Footprint’s powerful online portal.
