Icing Bliss is a new creative studio in the Southern Highlands for people of all ages to learn, share and enjoy the art of cake decorating in a fun and relaxed setting. We specialise in teaching tips and techniques to create beautiful cupcake and cookie designs and run after school classes, themed holiday programmes and host birthday parties.
