Ageing is one of the emerging global challenges and IRT Group wants to be a part of the solution.

IRT Group ran a 3-month open innovation process to unleash the full potential of IRT and its broader ecosystem and they uncovered some incredible opportunities. Through their Facebook groups and offline workshops, they had over 7050 people contribute and they created 9 project teams.

Four of these teams went on to pitch to the iAccelerate panel and two were accepted into the program. These project teams will be run like a start-up within iAccelerate, with the support of the IRT Innovation Team.
