ExSitu, an iAccelerate resident, are an Illawara based start-up making waves in the health sector for their innovative work in aged care. Founders Rebecca Glover and April Creed’s combined experience (of forty-five years) in the aged care sector, along with their dedication to help improve its standards, resulted in ExSitu being awarded the ‘National Aged Care Innovation Award for Consumer Choice’ at the innovAGEING National Awards, in June. Their web based app helps vulnerable patients and their caretakers make informed choices that align with patient’s values and comply with changing health regulations.
