Up-and-coming Stars of iAccelerate’s Business & Innovation Community at Pitch Final 2019

iAccelerate's annual Pitch Final competition for the year 2019 concluded on the evening of 17th October. Five resident companies made it to the finals after meticulous training, coaching, mentoring and participating in a semi-final competition the night before to be voted into the final five. Patrick Peardon from Batloc however won many hearts including the judges with his sharp and enthusiastic pitch and was the clear champion of the evening.

Opportunities for residents through global partnerships

iAccelerate is expanding globally with new partnerships in Sri Lanka,Vietnam, and Portugal - all announced within the last few months. Residents at iAccelerate will now have the opportunity to work and/or expand their businesses overseas, and residents from partnering companies can get a taste of Australia in return.

ExSitu wins innovAGEING National Award

ExSitu was awarded the 'National Aged Care Innovation Award for Consumer Choice' at the innovAGEING National Awards, in June. Their web based app helps vulnerable patients and their caretakers make informed choices that align with patient's values and comply with changing health regulations.
