iAccelerate is expanding globally with new partnerships in Sri Lanka,Vietnam, and Portugal - all announced within the last few months. Residents at iAccelerate will now have the opportunity to work and/or expand their businesses overseas, and residents from partnering companies can get a taste of Australia in return.
iAccelerate is excited to announce a new business partnership with Startup Lisboa, in Portugal. The partnership aims to promote the exchange of students and startups between the two countries. Portugal is a strategic location for a partnership, as the country offers commercial advantages. 'Portugal is a great country within the European Union to create business because of the relatively low cost, attractive business laws and great lifestyle too.' Says Chris Petersilge, iAcclerate Ecosystem Evangelist. He believes the two countries have many cultural and commercial similarities, which motivated this agreement.
