Our software creates high quality collision-free welding programs directly from CAD models, avoiding costly manual programming.
Industrial robots are a great tool for welding automation: they are fast, repeatable and flexible but conventional programming is costly and time consuming. This limits viability, particularly for low-volume or once-off manufacturing. Our software uses planning algorithms to generate ready to run welding programs directly from CAD models, eliminating the need for manual programming. This allows unlocking the flexibility and quality benefits of robotic welding automation along with reduced programming costs
