The ‘Test Your Business Idea Online Workshop’ has been specifically designed for early-stage startups, and impact entrepreneurs to help refine and test their business idea before going to market.

A core component of the Lean Startup methodology is the build-measure-learn feedback loop. During this session, you’ll learn some tips and tricks to test and launch a business idea in a capital-efficient way.

Including:

• • How to identify different customer segments and personas – how to identify their jobs, gains, pains.

  • Design accompanying products and services to add value

Entrepreneurs will also be introduced to the burgeoning “B Corporation” certification that measures a company’s social and environmental impact along with the CASE Smart Impact Capital program that supports entrepreneurs get the right kind of capital to support their companies.

The workshop is designed to introduce you to the concepts that underpin the iAccelerate Educate program and get you application ready for those interested in applying to the next iAccelerate intake.
