Our friends at FinoComp is running a FREE event on 20 February on agile project management. If you are a UOW student studying Computer Science or IT, this one’s for you. Hear tips from a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

About you:

You’re a current UOW student studying Computer Science or IT, and probably heading into your final year project. You want tips on how to structure the management of your project, or maybe you just want to learn how software development planning and management works in the real world.

About the seminar:

You will learn how Agile Project Management is applied in the real world from a seasoned expert. We will discuss how to structure your project, planning work in a cross functional team, and running your project group in an agile manner.

Your speaker:

Justin Urbanski has over 20 years experience in software development and management, leading teams that have successfully delivered quality software products. He has a strong technical background and is an active member of the agile community.

A Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), he has successfully formed Agile teams and coached them to a high performing level.
