‘#ACT4SDGs Challenge final pitch night’

The #ACT4SDGs Challenge consists of teams multi-disciplinary UOW Dean’s Scholars assigned to tackle specific global challenges.

The challenges have been selected to align with Agenda 2030, which was decided upon by 193 states at the UN Headquarters on 25th of September 2015.

1. The Trash Team – ‘No Land for Landfill’
2. Wet ‘n’ Wild – ‘Day Zero’
3. Full Employ – ‘Full Employment’
4. Mt Keira – ‘Protect our Escarpment’

These goals must be achieved globally across all sectors, which is why UOW and its Dean’s Scholars will join this collective here at iAccelerate.

Come and witness bright minds inspire positive change while a fantastic judging panel decides on who gets to take home the Winning Pitch title.

The pitch night will cater with light refreshments.
